Air Freight

Sidoman offers customers the option to purchase space on a kilo basis. Our experience staff will advise the most cost-effective method of moving your freight.

Calculating Charges:

Space is bought on a volume or weight basis, depending on which is more significant—airline charge per volumetric weight. The formula used is multiplying length x width x depth in centimeters and then dividing by 6000. Either the volumetric or actual weight will be charged, whichever is greater.

Sidoman can handle all of your airfreight requirements for import and export movements. Our experienced staff members have many years of handling this industry both in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania) and overseas.

We book space with airlines and partner agents on direct or transit routings, depending on what suits your cargo and timeline. We choose to use only quality service providers to ensure the best services are available to you. Through our complete door-to-door services, you will experience most of the scope of services on offer, and feel confident in knowing you are in good hands.
